Roger Christie in front of the former THC Ministry

“…Roger Christie promoted the religious use of marijuana for years at The Hawaii Cannabis Ministry in Hilo.  He was arrested in July 2010 and his operation was shut down.  He has been in custody for more than three years.

Christie’s attorney says his client will enter a guilty plea to distribution of marijuana because he was factually doing that.  However, Christie strongly believes his actions were protected by the Religious Freedom Restoration Act.

In the plea agreement, Christie reserves the right to appeal to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals…”

  1. Roger Christie has been incarcerated without bail as a political prisoner of the unConstitutional War on Drugs for three years. He never committed any crime against anyone. Robbers, violent home invaders, murder suspects etc all get bail out, but not a religious advocate of an herb. Those prosecutors and police who perpetrated this injustice, all the way up to that illegal alien criminal Barack H. Obama II aka Barry Soetoro should be prosecuted for violations of Christie’s rights to due process and justice, and they should do some serious prison time double what they did to Christie and put all other prosecutors and judges on notice that the God Given Rights of American Citizens and the Constitution for the united States of America are the Supreme Law of the Land to which all judges and prosecutors must abide on penalty of justice against them.
